Since 2013, we took over the serviced apartment which is located at the People’s Square, the very center of Shanghai. It was once trusted to another party to operate. Then we created the brand “Apartments of Green Court series” with 260 apartments which formally open to the public. At present, we run and manage four serviced apartments at the same time. The number of self-running and trusted-running serviced apartments has reached 1336.
